  • Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services.   

    Simply put, anywhere you signed and a Notary Certificate is below your signature, the State Fee is $10 per signature on each document page.

  • Standard (9 am – 6 pm) Rates starting at $30.00 for the Dallas Area.

    Remaining areas are calculated by travel time/mileage from 75225.

    Evening, Early Morning, and Sundays may incur an additional charge based on time and location.

    Holiday Surcharge – Additional $200.00 – Includes New Years Eve and New Years Day, Good Friday thru Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. (Special calendar days are subject to change. )

    Extended Appointment Time beyond 30 minutes at location – Additional $1/minute –

    Appointments for Standard Mobile Service are scheduled for 30 minutes.

    Appointments extending beyond the scheduled time will incur a $1 per minute surcharge.

    Hospitals and Nursing Homes – starting at $85

    Jails and Detention Center Surcharge – starting at $125

    Estate Planning Packets – starting at $125 – Includes standard 60 minutes of service. Additional minutes are charged at $1/minute.

    Loan Signing Packets – starting at $125 – Includes standard 30 minutes of service. Additional minutes are charged at $1/minute.

    Form I-9: Verification Service – Starting at $55.00

    Rush charge (ASAP within two hours) – Additional $25.00

    Travel Time / Mileage charges are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas State Notary Public Fees.

  • Payment for Mobile Convenience Fee is expected in full at time of scheduling.

    There are no refunds if cancelled less than three (3) hours from the scheduled appointment time. 

    There are no refunds if a customer is not at the stated location at the agreed upon time.

    There are no refunds if a customers signature is unable to be notarized due to lack of valid identification, inability to communicate, (ie does not speak English, incapacitated, etc.), incomplete documentation, or lack of witnesses. Please verify all before making an appointment.

    Texas has specific identification requirements to all signing parties participating in a notarization transaction. Inability to complete a scheduled transaction, due to any signer identification issue (no valid identification credential issued by the federal government or any state government, containing their photograph and signature,  inability to provide a credible identifying witness, etc.) will incur a cancellation charge equaling the full amount of the Notary Service travel charge.
